I feel honored and full of joy at the opportunity I have been given to share my journey and understanding with you regarding Jay Paul’s messages to humanity.  Jay Paul has his own message to humanity on Youtube.

Lyn Inglis is the psychic medium whom Jay Paul, as she calls him, channels through. One must know that there are many mediums as in John Edwards and John VanPrague who re-unite loved ones that have passed over for healing, as well as giving direction and guidance in ones life. Lyn does the same sort of work.

Lyn has an additional wonderful gift that she was blessed with from birth. As she channels Jay Paul her energy actually leaves her physical body and the spirit known as Jay Paul comes into her physical being. Lyn’s eyes are usually closed and when Jay Paul is present the energy does move the arms, drink water, smile, laugh, nod the head everything but stand up and walk around. It is a unique experience to be able to be present through this process. Lyn often says she goes somewhere that is so beautiful, warm and peaceful she has a hard time wanting to come back.

As she re-enters her physical body she needs several minutes to adjust to the weightiness she feels in physical form. I am not sure whether you have done meditation, but when you have finished a deep meditation as in a deep sleep very often as you get up to walk your legs feel heavy or you feel disoriented. That is the same in her experience.

So with that understanding, though it maybe new to you, I bless you for opening your hearts to the journey that encompasses many levels of understanding from the universal perspective, Jay Paul’s perspective as spirit. His simple and profound message is that if we can open our hearts as humanity to listen to the earth and each other not through our ears but with our whole being then we can open our minds to the vastness and expansiveness of who we are. For in universal understanding we are the sum of all of our experiences. All our experiences through many lifetimes are not wasted and the knowledge of the universe is within us all. I know you are teaming with questions and hopefully the light of the universe will shine within you and the understanding will unfold as you journey through this text.
