Perhaps, it may help you to know a bit more about myself and the understanding of where I am coming from and why myself though I am not a I, or a me, in the sense that you would experience in the physical world. The collective consciousnesses of those that I work with are part of the understanding of the seventh level plane of existence. We are in tune with the wishes of the manifestation of the Universe. I come into Lyn and to Karen and individuals at this table sometimes, and I ask you to know myself as my last physical existence.
 
I said that is 25,000 years ago on the continent in the Pacific Ocean that stretched from to the coast of Japan, approximately where the Hawaiian Islands stand today, south to Tahiti and then a diagonal back across to Japan. My last physical existence was there because I had spent many lifetimes prior to that in different incarnations like you are experiencing at present. I have had hundreds of thousands of different incarnations. I have learnt to experience all things as you are choosing too. The journey to lightness to is to understand the darkness so that you can leave it behind or you can send light into the energy to try to bring focus and potential to ourselves and the physical body, a limited body.

I have experienced myself as Jay Paul and all things that you have experienced since the beginning of time. In your terminology; I have been good, I have been bad, I have been male, I have been female, I have been child, I have been great, I have been nothing, I haven’t been poor and I have starved. I have experienced all the things that every human being has experienced.

I choose not to come back after leaving Lemuria because this was the time of change. The geography on your planet was slightly different then than how it is now. Mountain ranges are taller now as they continue in some places, as the tectonic plates shift. Oceans are also deeper as land has shifted in that time.

In the continent of Lemuria, there was joy, and there was laughter for much part it was a good environment to experience being human. For the majority of Lemuria’s life as a continent, perhaps it would be pertinent to equate it as the Garden of Eden, if you like. The climate was wonderful. You could grow practically anything to feed yourselves, the sea was mostly warm. The climate was beneficial. The plant life, animal life the life in the oceans, the fish, and the mammals was extensive.  There was everything available to support civilization that could give time to learning and advancing and experiencing. In this incarnation that I am talking about I decided before this incarnation to live life as a priest in this time. Although priesthood was thought of different in this time, more open than it is now. We were allowed in that incarnation to enjoy life to its fullest as long as we didn’t take advantage of anything. We could have family and partner.  We couldn’t take what wasn’t ours.

I knew in this incarnation it was my last one to be born to the physical form. The early years of my life was of great joy in my heart, for here, I honored the center of the Universe, the central sun of the great cosmos not as in your galaxy, but in a sense the great light of all things, the centre of the Universal mind. Here, we were open to divine ship, the understanding of the giving of life so we can reach our potential, to manifest in physical form, a spirit opportunity to become more than it had originally been when it was created in that sense.

Things however started to change in my middle years; I want you to bear in mind that the average age was close to two hundred years old. The elements were supportive to living that duration of a life there weren’t the viruses or diseases that would take life at this time. I had family and friends as you have, there are those of you such as Karen and Lyn, who were part of that group of understanding. They choose to come into that lifetime because they had an understanding of change. At that stage in the development of Lemuria, there was an essential channel that extended from western shore in a north easterly direction, a continent still joined at the east into but two sections known as the north and the south, common in your terminology.

I practiced in the priesthood to have family, understanding and wisdom; I lived in the southern colonial part of the continent. I mentioned to you it was like the Garden of Eden to some extent. It was also a place where your spirit would soar. Where you could understand your emotions, always practice control in the negativity in our lives and have the expression of joy. I am not saying it was perfect but sure there were problem areas as well, just as in your lives, for free will was allowed to reign. That was the nature of the continent.

In the northern continent people from other continents known as Asia particularly Japan, and from the Americas, and also some of the islands that exist in the Pacific now, People traveled to the northern continent. It wasn’t that they weren’t allowed to travel to the south, but in many ways the people who were traveling to these lands were looking for material gain rather than spiritual understanding. This is a continent full of riches. Very similar to parts of the world that you know, for there was precious metals and minerals. Material advantages unfolded for those that were willing to search the lands. We are not talking of a continent of great size here. People came and took of the generations different things as they do on the Earth today.

We say sometimes, the Earth has been raped. Mines have been dug; toxicity has spread over the plants, to increase growth. People want what other people have that is the nature especially for those that are newly incarnated into the physical body. They want to have ownership, greatness and material wealth in their lives. This caused friction as it still does today.  The friction was strong enough that people developed armor and the understanding of warfare in the northern continent. They tried to destroy the spiritual evolvement of the people who occupied much of the sand. They brought with them the technology which did not sustain the Earth.  It took from it. They put armor into the southern places on the Earth, where love, kindness and compassion were held dear. They took life. They took control of the beauty of this place for their own. That is the Lemuria where I lived. That is, I, the sense of Jay Paul.

The second phase of my life there was disruption and chaos. There was fear where there was love. What was good for us was taken from us as well. Our connection with those in other worlds was destroyed by the technology that came into existence. We were no longer able to send telepathic messages to the ancestors of the stars or to those peoples on the continents as we had.  The technologies brought in frequencies that destroyed that part of the brain that was used. The diseases were not part of this world at that time but they were brought into being.

The story that we know of the corruption of the Garden of Eden is mythological in the bible is somewhat true. The mythology of that story actually comes from the destruction of Lemuria. The graceful garden of Earth, the place where you could fall into humanity with understanding and love was destroyed under the influence of those that would take what wasn’t theirs. The Earth was given to you from the Universal consciousness as a place to explore your potential in limited surroundings. That choice was taken away.

We understood in this land that much happened as in your world today. War became and those that took which is not theirs.  The denser energies allowed disease and viruses to manifest somewhat similar in your world. Life became more difficult. Equipment, machinery and technology wasn’t used to enhance life on the Earth but took from it. This continent of Lemuria had deep trenches in the ocean floor, volcanic in nature. The time came for those with the technology took what was not theirs tried to interfere with the frequency of the land mass and the oceans around them. The Earth could not allow that to happen. The tectonic plates shifted which is known today as the Ring of Fire, still volatile to some degree.

There are those I want to say that have an understanding of the changes to come.  They went by boat and some flying machines different from what you know it now. They were able to settle in other lands. Those that were left traveled over to the ancient continent of China and Tibet and Nepal as you know it now, as well as Thailand, Vietnam, Cambodia and Laos. Others traveled to other islands in the Pacific and others traveled to the north and south Americas.

Just to understand in your history now the northern continent peoples originated from Asia across the Barren Strait which was a land bridge at the time 12,000 years ago. At the time that the Ice Age existed in your part of the world and because of land mass being occupied in snow, the ocean levels became lower and ancestors were able to travel that land bridge. Originally, those people came from Asia and Lemuria.

I have gone ahead of myself. What I want you to understand is not everyone perished in Lemuria. There were those that had insight and understanding and visions that took them to safety. Like there as those among you today. I choose not to leave Lemuria physically but to leave my life at the time of Lemuria’s exit.

I needed to know that my last physical experience was in density before I went into the light. It was closure perhaps that I no longer needed to experience these things as a being.  I passed over from spirit in that place with an understanding of some universal processes not all of them. Just like you when you pass over you re join your soul group or family. You bring your knowledge of existence to them to add to the knowledge of the universe.

The group that I share this understanding with had an understanding of their place in the universe. They needed and wanted to reach their potential in growth and understanding to learn about Universal processes in a spiritual environment rather than the physical world. As we advance in millennia, for there was more coming together of spiritual energy. We combined spiritual soul groups that were in alignment to the same understanding. During the last 25,000 years as you know it we have grown in understanding to this point in time where we are now allowed to connect to the Earth, with the understanding of destruction and pain.

We need it not to exist on the Earthly plane anymore. We have a knowing of the joy and love of the Universe. To be apart of that and know it. Our mission and I want to approach you as a multi dimensional energy of why I am here with you. I do not in anyway regard myself as any different from your original nature. I perhaps have done the journey a little earlier than you have chosen to do.

God, creative force of the universe, universal mind created whatever you need to call it, exists and always will. It is made up of the experiences of the mind of every sentient life form in the Universe and beyond that which is your understanding at present. You will experience it at sometime. We want to hold the Earth safe in this time of change. We want to reach out in understanding for we have walked the path you are walking. 

I do not want to refer to it as the same as Lemuria or bring fear. Those of you that have an understanding of reaching into your higher self or of a higher frequency I want to think of yourselves as beacons of light. Lighthouses mounted on dangerous rocks, places where shipwrecks happen, you are there as a guiding force of light. To help these changes come to home base safely.

You do not do it alone. Whatever our teachings are wherever they come from on your planet, “Do onto others as you have done onto yourself,” you are each other.  Love unconditionally. We are all the same. I speak to you at times saying, your soul is my soul, your pain is my pain, your love is my love, your light is my light, and I do not say it as I take it from you but rather sharing it with you. For we are all the same making up the Universal mind. The time has come where there needs to be a change because you are ready for that.

We and I do not speak of myself as the collective consciousness, but as the Universe occupying the space that is around you and the space in the vastness of the cosmos.
